I got stranded at a gas station because one of my tires was too low to drive on. I found Victor Tires online and gave them a call. Someone came out to help me change my flat tire, and then I drove to their shop to have it checked. It turned out the tire was punctured, so I ended up buying a replacement. The service was fast, professional, and incredibly helpful. I really appreciate their quick response and would definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience at this location. A nail in my tire, ugh. I put on the spare, and brought the damage tire in. I was met at the door by Jesus, who was so pleasant and helpful. I only waited 20 mins for the tire to be fixed….and $30 later I was on my way! Highly recommend this shop!

No accountability or competence. I originally came in to get new tires. As I’m traveling across states. They advised they would move the new tires to the front and the older front tires moved to the back - to which I agreed. After leaving and later checking the vehicle, it appears the work was not done correctly. and now I have to pay another shop out of state to inspect/fix it. On top of that, to begin with - when I first left the shop after the service - my hubcaps were not reinstalled correctly after the service. I had never had issues with them before, and they were brand new. After the appointment, they started falling off. When I called to explain the issue, instead of taking accountability, I was told I should “zip tie” my hubcaps on. That is not a real solution to damage/issues caused during a tire service. They then attempted to zip tie the hubcaps themselves rather than properly addressing the problem. So right off the bat - already an issue. Since I am now out of state, being told to “come back and we’ll fix it” was not helpful. I simply asked for reasonable reimbursement for the cost of having another shop correct the issue ( tires were put on wrong) and that reque

Anyone who goes to a used tire place undoubtedly is trying to save money or has no other option. Even if there are no other options, do NOT come here. Last resort paid $70 for two used tires, drove home, didnt go anywhere for a few DAYS. Over the course of those days that my car didnt even move, everyday the tires got flatter until completely flat after about three days. No refund policy, no customer service, and no understanding. Got some information from another local tire place, all ill say is the integrity of these used tire shops is probably very low. Question where they get their tires too. And it was extremely overpriced considering they gave me two unusable tires for a whopping $140, which couldve covered one completely new tire that would last 3 years instead of 3 days. Save yourself the trouble, headache and money that this shop will give you. If i could leave 0 stars, i would.
